Missed reminders are almost always due to one of the reasons specified in this article:
http://utl.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/49967-reminders-and-alarms-are-not-working-why-
If you are certain that the missed reminder is not due to one of these reasons, then let us know how to reproduce this problem step by step and we will investigate. Make sure to include the due date, due time, and reminder date/time of the task in question.

Ability to set star on and off directly in task list
Ability to set star on and off directly in task list (like you can check the "completed box").
I have folders that I use like shopping lists (1 task = 1 item to shop).
I use Star on and off for items so I easily can un-star items I've bought but want to keep in the list/folder and Star them again next time I need to buy them. It's a bit annoying to have to open each task just to turn Star on or off.

improve the UI for better readability
Use better icons. Use more grays in the background. Make it look more professional

The app currently supports this. When viewing a list of tasks, press and hold your finger on a task until a context menu appears. Then, select the “add subtask” option.
If you don’t see this option, you can enable it in the app’s settings area.

Creating Views
Allow users to select task not completed or completed when creating custom views
1 voteThis can currently be done. When editing the filter rules for a view, create a new rule and choose the “completed” field. You can then choose whether or not to show completed tasks.

Have an option to make all reminders "nagging"
The nagging feature is great and I would like all alarms to behave like that by default.

The 4×3 (and similar widgets) are meant for Android 2.×. Some installations of Android 4+ do not properly render the font sizes and spacing our app specifies when using these widgets.
We have a widget named “Task List (Android 3+)” which is meant for your device. If you install this widget, you will not have any issues with items lining up. In addition, this widget is scrollable and re-sizeable.

Allow multiple subtask levels
I realize that another suggestion contains the idea of multiple subtask levels but it is mixed in with a request for sync with Taoist.
I feel that multiple subtask levels is important enough to merit its own, dedicated suggestion entry. So, here it is.
1 voteThe app currently supports multiple subtask levels as long as you are not synchronizing with Toodledo. Toodledo does not support more than one level of subtasks, and so UTL also cannot support this while synchronizing with Toodledo.
To use multiple levels of subtasks, it is necessary to either sync with Google Tasks or not sync at all.

Provide cut/copy support in text fields
I would think this would be a huge dealbreaker for any serious professional using their android and Ultimate To-Do List for business purposes.
Since I'm using UTDL to jot down things that pop into my mind in order to come back to and delegate or sort later, it's a shame that I can't highlight text and copy it to the clipboard from within Ultimate To-Do List. Am I missing something? Why has no one written about this core and fundamental flaw yet?
1 voteThe app does support copy and paste. When editing a task title or note, press and hold your finger on some of the text until you see a context menu appear with the option to select text. Depending on your version of Android, the context menu will either appear as a popup menu, or it will appear in the upper right corner of your screen.

Move the Contact icon away from the Completed Task checkbox on a list of tasks
It is too easy hit the the Completed Task checkbox, which is larger, when trying to hit the Contact icon (to call the person, e.g.), even using a large font on my large Galaxy Note 2 device, since it is positioned so close to it on the task list line.

Sort folders alphabetically
Add ability to sort folders alphabetically
1 voteThe app currently sorts folders alphabetically unless you are synchronizing with Toodledo. For Toodledo, it uses the order you specify online in your Toodledo account. Toodledo does include an option (in the area where folders are managed) to order the folders alphabetically.

This can already be done. When viewing your task list, long-press on a task until a context menu appears. Then, choose the option to make the selected task a subtask.

This can be done by setting the “reminder” field in when creating or editing a task. Set the reminder to the time you want to start being reminded, then check the “nagging” box.

Mark a recursive task as done flushs the alarm information on todlledo server.
Mark a recursive task as done flushs the alarm information on todlledo server,so other apps can not retrieve it.
1 voteWe are not currently able to reproduce this issue in our office. Completed tasks are retaining their alarm information when viewed on Toodledo’s web site.
However, if you can provide a specific example of when the problem occurs, then we can investigate further. For a task that has the problem, please provide the due date/time, reminder date/time, and the repeating pattern. Also let us know whether the reminder was specified as a certain number of minutes or hours prior to the due date/time, or whether the reminder was specified as an exact date and time.
Additionally, let us know precisely what you are seeing (or not seeing), when viewing the task from Toodledo’s web site.

This this covered by the following new feature request. Feel free to add your vote here:
When we implement a filter for repeating tasks, then completed repeating tasks could be omitted from the task list.
Another way to reduce the number of daily completed repeating tasks is by editing your settings. In the app’s settings area, there is an option to adjust how long repeating tasks are kept within the app. By setting this to a low value, the number of completed tasks is reduced. When changing this setting, allow a day for the old completed tasks to disappear, since the app only does this removal once per day.

Provide the ability to create a filter for tasks with no due date
Provide the ability to crete a filter for tasks that have no due date. This filter exists in native toodledo.
1 voteThis can currently be done. Here’s how:
1. In any task list, tap on the filter button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Begin creating or editing a rule for the due date.
3. For the date range of the due date, select something that will never match anything. For example: tasks with a due date before 1/1/2001.
4. Check the box to include tasks with no date.
5. Save the rule and the filter settings. -

Also, if it works for you, can always leave the due date blank and enter any reminder time you would like.

Notes with no notebook shouldn't have to view the same warning screen over and over
give users the option to not have to view the "why you should set up folders" message screen every time I view notes. I don't WANT folders!
1 voteThis message can be removed by making a settings change. Go to the app’s settings area, then tap on “Fields/Functions Used” followed by “Power User”. Then, uncheck the “Folders for Notes” option.
