I receive an error message saying "Your password was rejected by Toodledo"
This means that the password you are using in Ultimate To-Do List is different than the password that you are using for your online Toodledo account.
We recommend the following steps to resolve this issue:
- Log into your account at Tooldedo.com using a web browser. This will verify that you are using the correct e-mail and password to access your Toodledo account.
- Within Ultimate To-Do List, go to the settings area, then tap on “Account Management” followed by the name of the account linked to Toodledo.
- Double-check to make sure the e-mail address and password match your Toodledo account. Tap on “Change E-Mail/Password” to update your Toodledo login information.
