- Declined: The item was not accepted. Check the comments area for the reason.

Filter on tasks that do not contain certain text in the title
Allow user to filter based on text within the Title.
Example F:JB:Submit third quarter report
P:Call accounting about duplicate invoice being submitted
Being able to filter out tasks that have either "P:" or "F:" removes them from my list so I know what is Pending and who I need to follow up with on a delegated task.5 votes -

Length - show total (sum) for a view or a folder
When you view a list of tasks, e.g. within a folder, or filtereed by status or any other criteria the Toodledo website shows the "Total Estimated Lengths", and also totals for elapsed time.
It would be really helpful to have this funtionality in the Ultimate To-Do List as well, at least totals for estimate times.
The reason why this important for me: I tend to overload my day with too many tasks. Thus I always enter the Estimated Length to a task once I put it on my list with things to be done next.

Integration with Google Voice
if I add a new task from a virtual assistant ( a voice prompt for example) the task is added to the calendar but not to ultimate to do list. it would be nice if adding a task from any application would also add it to the ultimate to do list.

Display completed tasks always
Many of our "folders" are reusable lists:
- Packing list
- Grocery list
- ... etc.When using these lists we want to "uncheck" an item to mark it "ToDo" but the problem is that when we look at the folder everything marked completed is hidden. This completely negates using this as a grocery list, for example.
What I would like to be able to do is to toggle completed tasks (other tasks apps do this) so that I can mark the groceries that we need to buy by unchecking the neede items and then turn off "show completed tasks"…

Add better reminders (multiple/random)
Currently when adding a task you can set reminders in two ways:
- Set up a date and time to be reminded for tasks with no due time.
- Or you can set a reminder relative to the due time.I'd like this to be done differently:
- make relative reminders optional
- always be able to set the reminder time and date manually
- add the ability to set multiple reminders for one task (example: you need to do something and want to be reminded of that twice on a moment that suits you without making two separate tasks)…21 votes -
Ability to specify when one task depends on another
This could allow start and due dates to be set automatically based on the status of another task.
Here's another possible implementation: Use the status field. A task can be set up so that its status switches to "Next Action" after a specified task is marked as complete.

Option for exact word search
Have an option for simple or complex searches to specify an exact or partial match on a word or phrase. For instance, if we specified exact match with "gate" then besides " gate" "gate," or "gate." would be allowed but not "investigate." For phrases, if we specified an exact match for "lock gate," only those two words in order would qualify whereas a partial search would allow either of the two words as a hit and rank search results according to number of search words contained in hits, and perhaps their proximity and/or order. Have a way to export and import View settings between Devices. Have a way to CLONE Views.
If you get a new device, you have to recreate all your view settings on the new device by hand. What a drag! There should be a way to export the View settings on one device and reimport them on another device. Also, many of my views have the same settings. It's a pain to make a new view that's a variant of an existing view and re-enter all the settings. There ought to be a way to clone views just as there is to clone tasks!

Ability to rearrange field locations on form
A lot of the time I'm only concerned with entering a Title, Due Date/Time and Notes.
Right now, the Notes show up as the last field on the form, causing you to scroll all the way down to view or edit the notes... it would be great if we could rearrange the order of the fields on the form.
Ability to just drag and drop the fields to the order you want them displayed in the Settings/Fields/Functions Used part of the application would be sweet!12 votes -
Ability to snooze all reminders at the same time
Sometimes I get a bunch of reminders and am just not in a position to process them all (complete/snooze etc.) as I am in a meeting or driving or something. It would be nice if there were a Snooze All feature which would allow one to snooze all the reminders in one go.

Maybe add some feature like GDT GTD's sync to Dropbox, this is a wonderful feature, I don't need to warry to loss data.but UltimateTo-Do can only sync to SD card.

Support for Task Templates
Make sure to include many options for template start and due dates, such as "today", "tomorrow", in 6 days, in 1 week, in 2 months, etc.
