If you are certain that the missed reminder is not due to one of these reasons, then let us know how to reproduce this problem step by step and we will investigate. Make sure to include the due date, due time, and reminder date/time of the task in question.

The missed reminder is not due to the reasons listed!
Besides having checked all other reasons on that list I have to mention that this behavior is not occurring in between phone restarts or during the phone being off and no reminder is showing up in the notification bar. All other notifications/reminders are working fine. I have no sync active and task killer installer.I have a HTC Legend (Stock, Android 2.2) and a paid version of Ultimate To-do List 1.8.2.
To reproduce is very simple and the behavior is the same each time:
1. Open Ultimate To-do List
2. Create a new task from lower menu
3. Title is: Teste (this seems irrelevant)
4. Due Date is auto filled in as today and reminder date is filled as today too with time 15:00 (this seems irrelevant)
5. No other fields are selected such as Goals, repeats, priority, etc.
6. At 15:00 the reminder goes off with sound and on the notification bar.
7. I open Ultimate To-do List
8. Find the task on the default "due today/Tomorrow" list and long press it.
9. I press "Change Due Date" to the next day. It automatically reschedules the due date and reminder date (with 15:00) to next day as expected. I can verify this by opening the task.
10. Next day at 15:00 no reminder pops up in the notification bar or any sound is heard. If I open Ultimate To-do List and go to the default list "Overdue" I will see that task there!Let me know if you need more details to reproduce.
