Notifications for reminders/alarms are not appearing on my Wear OS watch ← Reminders and Alarms In Ultimate To-Do List's settings area, go to the Reminder Options section and make sure "Use Ongoing Notifications" is not checked. There is an issue with Wear OS in which it will not show notifications of this type.
