1. From the contacts application on your device, open the contact that you want to link your task to, so that the contact’s name, email, and phone number are on your screen.
2. Press the menu key or button and choose the “share” option. (On some devices, this may be called “send to” or “send via”.)
3. You should see a list of applications appear. Tap on Ultimate To-Do List.
4. The task editor will appear, and your contact will be listed in the “contact” field.

Attention HTC owners: Some customers have reported that Ultimate To-Do List does not appear as an option when using the HTC People app. This is limitation of HTC’s app, and the only workaround currently is to use an alternate contacts manager.
