If you have moved Ultimate To-Do List to your SD card, then the widgets are not available. This is a limitation in Android that is outside our control. To check this, go to the “Applications” area of your device’s settings. Note that Android may choose to install the app onto the SD card automatically if your main memory is low.

If your certain that the app is not installed on a SD card and you are not seeing the widgets, then try rebooting the device. This usually clears up this issue.
