Here is what the statuses mean:

  • Under Review: This has been accepted. The release date is unknown.
  • Planned: This has been planned for an upcoming release – either the next release or very soon after.
  • Started: This is being actively worked on by our staff and will appear in the next major release.
  • Completed: The item has been fully implemented and appears in the latest release.
  • Declined: The item was not accepted. Check the comments area for the reason.

    This would be an option to immediately hide completed tasks after they are marked off, or to hide them after a short delay

  2. Global settings for filter, sort, and display

    These global settings could be overwrittne by each view.

    We could have filter, sort, and display options for each home page level (folders, contexts, etc). These could be applied to all views within and then overwritten as desired.

  6. Option to show "today" and "tomorrow" where applicable

    Instead of the date, show the text "today", "tomorrow", "yesterday", etc.
    This could also include option to show number of days from today. For example, "in 2 days", or "2 days ago".

  8. Allow for start/due times that are not a multiple of 5 min

    When setting a start or due time, the time picker requires that this be a multiple of 5 minutes. In most cases, this is good because there are fewer taps needed to set a time. For users needing more accuracy, implement a setting to change this to 1 minute increments.

  12. Use Toodledo's default due time of 12:00 pm

    When receiving a task from Toodledo with a reminder and no due time, assume the due time is 12:00 pm, which is Toodledo's default.

    This could include a bottom-center field (especially useful for tablet edition).
