Here's how Ultimate To-Do List determines the date and time for a task's corresponding calendar event:
- If a due date, due time, start date, and start time are specified, then the calendar event will use the task's start date/time and the due date/time as the start and end times of the event.
- If a due date and time are specified, but there is no start time, then a half-hour event is created that ends at the due date/time.
- If a start date and time are specified, but there is no due time, then a half-hour event is created that starts at the start date/time.
- If a start date and due date are specified, but there is no start time or due time, then an all day event is created which starts on the start date and ends on the end date.
- If due date OR a start date is specified, with no times, then an all day event is created on the specified date.
