If you do not have a paid Toodledo account, here are the limitations you will have:

• Subtasks may be entered on your device, but will not sync.

• For tasks in which a due time and reminder are entered, the reminder will only sync if it is set to 1 hour before the due time. Toodledo does not store exact reminder times. Instead it stores the number of minutes prior to the due time.

• For tasks in which a due time is omitted, you can enter a reminder for any date/time you like, but it will only sync if the reminder falls on the same day as the due date. For example, if the due date is 10/31 (with no due time), and the reminder is set to 8:00 AM on 10/31, then the app will send Toodledo a due date/time of 9:00 AM on 10/31, with the reminder set to 1 hour before the due time. Thus, both the app and Toodledo have the same reminder time.
