I'm not sure if the same integration will work with Google Assistant, but Ultimate To Do should integrate with both.

Logic to do this should be easy - you already have wo re king for the Android Wear interface & that works fine on my Zenwatch 2

Currently when you use the "Note to Self" command, it just opens the Ultimate To-Do list task creation screen. You then have to manually save the task. This should tie into voice mode and either parse your command for the date, time and other items and save the task or use voice prompts to get that information and save the task. It kind of defeats the purpose to open the task using your voice and then have to pick up the phone to finish the task.

It would be great to be able to add a task with reminder using google now voice command.
