  1. Better Desktop Integration

There are times when it is good to edit tasks from the desktop (e.g., when doing a weekly plan - easier on a desktop). One can use Toodledo and sync the changes back to UTD, except for UTD-specific fields like "Display tasks on calendar" (which are very useful). Can we have some way (e.g., using the tag field in tasks) whereby such fields are passed in to Toodledo and then to UTD after a sync?

  4. Colour today and future dates in My views

In my views currently I have such a list:

    Today is 04/10/2013
Title of the task - Note - Due Date
Alexander - Task 1 - 02/10/2013 (text colour is red)
Alexander - Task 2 - 04/10/2013 (text colour is white)
Alexander - Task 3 - 10/10/2013 (text colour is white)

It could be easire to understand if the Date Due colour for today was yellow or green (different from the one that are already passed and from those that haven't come yet).
It would be even better if I could put my own colours for today, 3 day before…

  5. Implement Astrid-style continuous reminders

An option to allow a task to sound its reminder continuously until dismissed/snoozed, like Astrid did, would be very useful.

I've thought about setting the reminder sound to the one on my phone that loops continuously, or setting a very short 'nagging' time, but this would apply to all tasks. A per-task setting would be most useful as I spend a lot of time driving, so I don't want to be constantly having to dismiss or snooze tasks.

  7. Make mic. input widget that works like "Simplest Checklist" and "Toodletask" combined

Make a speech to text input widget that works such that I can configure it for folder, context, tag and such and then when I tap on it, automatically brings up google speech to text interface, shows me its best guess of what I said, will let me choose it, edit it or speak again and then puts it in UTL and goes away. This idea comes from combining the behavior of two other google play apps called "Simplest Checklist" by JakiganicSystems and "ToodleTask" Harry Lascelles.

  10. Don't display P and S icons

They are more distracting than helpful because there is already an indentation signifying subtasks under parents. it just makes the display cluttered.

Which I would do gladly for no charge. I have already bought your porduct as well, so no need for "developer version". ;)
    What say you?

  14. Enter location as latitude and longitude.

Many of the events that I schedule do not have a street address, and some of Google Maps guesses are off by thousands of kilometres ( street in Perth for a forest south of Sydney). Dropping a pin is often difficult as the map scale varies. It would be useful to enter the location as latitude and longitude.

  15. Snoozed Reminders don't wait the specified snooze time.

We have 2 copies of UTDL v.2.0.3. One on a Droid Razr Maxx, Android v4.1.2. The other on Droid Mini, Android v4.4. Both have the same intermittent issue with Reminders being snoozed, usually for hours & the reminder popping back up again within minutes. Have not been able to correlate whether or not the snoozed hours end up being snoozed minutes or snoozed minutes end up being seconds. There doesn't seem to be any relation between snoozed time chosen to then the reminder pops up again.

The problem isn't consistent enough to identify a correlation.

    This just began being an…

We are currently unable to reproduce this issue on any of the devices in our office, but will run some additional testing before our next release. Any additional information you can provide would assist with testing. For example:

    - Whether nagging reminders were enabled for the task.
    - If you recently moved from one time zone to another.
    - The exact snooze time selected.
    - The number of minutes until the reminder actually appeared.

  16. ability to make any task "sticky" in notification area and ability to set time window for a task to show up in notification area and when .

Ability to make a task "sticky" in notificarmtion area (select to clear only after completed or deleted) also time window for when a task shows up in notification area...and when it does if it is sticky or not.

  18. Bugs with Priority:<None>

I ran into these bugs and ended up with a lot of confusion and spent about 1 hour trying to figure out what happened, as my tasks did not appear where they should have been when I was using two devices to sync back and forth (through the built-in ToodleDo sync). One device is a Nexus 4 with UTL 2.0.3, the other is a Nexus 7 (2013) with UTL 1.8.2.

I ran into the bug when I, being completely unaware at the time that <None> is not valid for ToodleDo, changed the priority of some ~30 tasks by:
    - Hit…

  20. Ability to choose buttons that appear at the bottom in list view

Since my GS5 has no menu button I have to long press to get the sync option. This is something I do regularly. There are some other buttons that I almost never use (filter, sort). I am sure others have different usage patterns but it would be good to be able to make the most commonly used functions appear without using the menu.

Thanks for great software btw. I really appreciate how solid this app is. It is about the only todo app I have ever used that has not trashed my data at some point. Astrid was just terrible…
