An error occurred while saving the comment This is a bug on Google's side that is affecting a portion of our users. If they don't fix it soon, we will explore a workaround on our side.
For now, the issue can be resolved by removing all tasks and folders/tasklists from your Google account and uploading a clean copy from Ultimate To-Do List. I've included step-by-step instructions below. A potential issue with this procedure is that you may lose old completed tasks. This depends on your setting for completed task retention in the Miscellaneous section of the settings.
Here's what to do:
1. Go to the backup and restore area of the settings and make a backup for safety.
2. In the account management area of the settings, select the account and choose the option to unlink from Google. This will stop synchronization and keep a copy of your tasks stored on your phone.
3. Log into Google from a web browser and delete all of your tasks and folders. Google requires that at least one folder remain in place. If you are unable to delete a folder, just delete all tasks inside of it.
4. In Ultimate To-Do List, go back to the account management area and choose the option to link to Google.
5. After you've established the link, all of your folders and tasks should upload into your Google account and the duplication should not occur again. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Some Samsung Android 6 devices had a bug that prevented the black background in the widget from displaying. This has been fixed in a system update from Samsung. Try checking your device for a system update and install it if it is available.

We are not currently able to reproduce this problem on devices in our office. When the dark theme is chosen for the widget, you should see blue text for the widget’s title on a black background. Do you see something else? Also, what device do you have, and which version of Android are you using?
If you haven’t already done so, you can adjust the theme for the widget by tapping on the settings button at the top of the widget and going to the widget’s display options. If the dark theme doesn’t work on your device, perhaps the light theme will.

An error occurred while saving the comment The timer is actually available in the app, but you need to make sure the feature is enabled. Go to the settings area, tap on "Fields/Functions Used" followed by "Power User", and make sure the Timer field is enabled.
Once it's enabled, you will see the option to start and top the timer whenever you long press on a task in a task list.

An error occurred while saving the comment The tablet edition has a setting that allows you to increase the sizes of fonts and buttons. Go to the settings area and tap on "font and button sizes" to adjust your settings.

An error occurred while saving the comment If you sort by the start date or the due date, the app will also take the start/due time into account, so that tasks with a later start/due time are lower on the list.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the clarification. This feature request has been accepted.
Unfortunately, we are not able to implement this until Toodledo updates their interface with mobile apps to support shared folders. If Toodledo does this, this will become a high priority for us.
Currently, UTL provides the best workaround possible by allowing synchronization with multiple Toodledo accounts. While this allows person A to view and edit tasks in person B's account, it requires that person B share his/her password. It also means that person A can view and edit ALL tasks in person B's account. We realize that this is not ideal, but it is the best that is currently possible.

An error occurred while saving the comment The app does support the importance field. To make use of it, tap on the filter, sort, or display buttons at the bottom of any task list. If you don't see it there, then you are using an older version of the software. Note that the importance field does not appear in the task editor since it is a calculated value which cannot be directly edited.

An error occurred while saving the comment The name of the new feature request was misleading (my fault). It refers to the home screens for the phone or tablet itself, not the app's home page. I have updated the title and description to be more clear.

The latest release (3.9.6) supports a repeating pattern of the last day of the month. This will sync with Toodledo, since it was recently added to their service.

We don't have the development resources right now to implement new themes with the old placement. However, the next release (4.1.8) does include some extra spacing at the bottom of the task and note lists, which will allow you to scroll the bottom list items above the + button. This will prevent the button from blocking any information.
