    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

"But there is no way for person B to to see, let alone edit or add, tasks in the shared folder."

I mean there is no way to do this in Ultimate To-Do List, in toodledo.com it works.

I'd like to second this idea. ToodleDo Pro has workspaces which are used for task sharing. With this feature missing, there is no way to have a common task pool.

How workspaces work in ToodleDo is that person A creates a folder and shares it to person B with appropriate rights. If both A and B have a ToodleDo Pro account, A can give B rights to view, edit and create tasks in the new folder.

Now when A uses the folder, it's just another folder and it works with Ultimate To-Do List just fine. But when person B views her ToodleDo files from toodledo.com, to view the tasks A shared to her, she has to switch to A's workspace. This can be done from the upper right corned of toodledo.com. After that, person B can at least also use person A's contexts when adding a new task (don't know about goals).

But there is no way for person B to to see, let alone edit or add, tasks in the shared folder.

I validated this and this is a major show stopper - only A _or_ B can view and/or add tasks to a shared folder on the mobile app, depending on which one created the folder, but not both, which is exactly what sharing is supposed to be.

Because it seems that workspaces in ToodleDo are actually something like a limited access to a second account, I'm guessing Ultimate To-Do List could implement workspaces as a kind-of semiaccount? Or at least reuse some of the logic of the multiple account thing that Ultimate To-Do List currently has?

So workspaces are critical for sharing, please implement them!
