Backup should be on account basis.
I synchronized my todo list (~600 in the list).
Before reset my phone i did synchronize thinking, when i install & sync with same account, i'll get my list.
But, as lists are stored locally (not in account), i lost all my list.
There were very important to me :(1 voteThe app actually does allow you to retrieve your tasks after a device reset by synchronizing with the same account as before. There are a few possible reasons why this didn’t work for you:
- The user ID and password were not entered correctly when setting up synchronization after the reset.
- The tasks were synchronizing with a different account. For example, the tasks were previously synchronizing with Toodledo but a Google account was chosen after the reset.
- You set up 2 accounts / task lists on your device. One was linked to an online account and the other was an unlinked account, and all of your tasks were stored on the unlinked account. If you enabled the automatic backup and restore feature before the reset, your tasks may be stored on your SD card or media storage area. If so, you will be able to restore from the…

Check on startdate
When I ad a startdate (my planning for the week) it is not possible to have a startdate after a due date. In Toodeledo this is not a problem. Is is possible to remove the check or make it optional?
Sometimes I start items to late, but don't want to change the due date.1 voteThis is a duplicate of the following feature request. Feel free to submit your vote here:

The app can currently do this. For each widget you create, tap on the settings button at the top and choose different filter, sort, and display options.

long press and tap to select multiple tasks for group deletion other changes.
Long press and tap to select multiple tasks for group deletion or other group changes. It is a total pain to delete or change item seeings individually.
3 votesThe app currently has a mult-select feature. From a task list, press your device’s menu key and choose “multi-select”. Or, perform a swipe motion over one task with your finger to enter multi-select mode.

Toodledo does not yet support synchronization of attachments, so we will need to wait for Toodledo to implement this first.

add advance reminder feature of "every 1 hour" or either every 60 or 30 min
Advance reminder for more than one within the same day. Every 15, 30 or 60 minutes...
0 votesThis can currently be done using the app’s nagging reminder feature. When creating or editing a task, first choose a reminder time, then tap on the checkbox to enable nagging.
By default, a nagging reminder will occur every 15 minutes. You can adjust this time in the app’s settings area.

Sort Criteria as Titles Dividers in Lists
A display option "Show first sort criteria as Title/Divider" for each view would be cool.
I would like to have an "Agenda View", where I could easily see what I have to todo today and in the next days. Such views are already available (as "Heute/Morgen fällig" or as Custom View), but for my opinion these lists would be much clearer and nicer for me, if the first sort criteria would be provided as a title for the block of tasks which match this criteria . Similiar like the toodle do web frontend does it.
Example: A view sorted by…

The app does have a scrollable and resizeable widget. In your list of widgets, look for the one named “To-Do List (Android 3+)”.

Add ToodleDo Lists and Outline features
UTDL currently syncs very well for Tasks in ToodleDo, it also has a feature that allows access to the Notes feature. However, ToodleDo have now added new features - Lists and Outlines.
Updating the mobile app is therefore needed to maintain compatability with the web/desk-top versions.

support ToodleDo's new custom "Lists" feature (http://lists.toodledo.com)
ToodleDo's has added a new custom "Lists" tab / function at http://lists.toodledo.com. I have tested it online and it's quite useful. However, I can't/won't actually be able to use it until it syncs with UTD. Thank you.

I use todolist on a daily basis. I would upgrade to the pro version if it were a "one time payment".
One time payment
1 voteUltimate To-Do List is actually a one-time payment. Once you buy the app, you never have to purchase again as long as you have a device that is linked to the same Google account.
I’m guessing that you are referring to Toodledo.com, which our app synchronizes with. We do not operate Toodledo, so I would recommend taking your suggestion to them.

have tasks default to normal priority.
On my BlackBerry Q10 UTDL defaults all new tasks to high priority. Most tasks created are probably not high priority. It would be more user-friendly to have tasks default to normal priority when created.
Also, if you need a customer accolade or review done, I'm your man. I've been using electronic organizers for about 13 years. :)

Group select tasks to move from existing folder to a new folder
Provide the ability to select 2 or more tasks andmove them from existing folder to new folder and/or accomplish it through drag and drop feature
1 voteThe app currently support this. When viewing a list of tasks, press the menu button and choose the “Multi-Select” option. You can then tap on the tasks to move and select the option to change the folder.

Enable Copying Views
Would be extremely time saving to be able to copy Views (saved searches) for creating new ones that are similar.
3 votesThe app can currently do this. After opening a view, so that the task list is showing, press the menu button and choose the “Save this view” option. This will create a copy.

Change priority color
I'd prefer if priority colors for low and negative were reversed, and thought it would be beneficial if they were configurable

Creating Views
Allow users to select task not completed or completed when creating custom views
1 voteThis can currently be done. When editing the filter rules for a view, create a new rule and choose the “completed” field. You can then choose whether or not to show completed tasks.
- Don't see your idea?
