Remove a task from the calendar when completed.
The feature to add a task to the calendar works great but when you mark the task as completed out stays on the calendar. The task must actually be deleted to disappear from the calendar. I suggest you remove the task from the calendar as soon as it is marked completed.

Add a status of "Completed"
It appears a status of completed was previously available, however it is now gone.

I put a start date of 1976 on one task. It looks perfect on UTDL, but on Toodledo it's 2076. Sync problem or Toodledo?

Alphabetical sort of titles does not match Toodledo for [ ] ^ _ and '
In Toodledo the symbols:
[ ] ^ _ '
are sorted after the alphabet (AaBbCcDd ... XxYyZz)
But in the Ultimate To-Do List, these same symbols, when all tasks are sorted alphabetically, show up after the @ symbol but before the alphabet.
Examples:
Toodledo alpha-sort:

( ) * + - , . /

Support Toodledo "Due After" functionality for real
Your help doc says, "Note that Toodledo also has a “due after” option to specify that a task an only be completed after the due date. Ultimate To-Do List does not implement this, since the start date field can be used instead."
Start date is not the same as due date. It's simply wrong to assert that the start date field accomplishes the same purpose as the due date field. Screen real estate is at a premium both in the Ultimate To-Do List App and in the Toodledo web app, and I don't want to have to waste space displaying…

When using multiple Toodledo accounts, folders need to be linked to accounts
Because there is no support for workspaces yet, the only way to share tasks is to have two accounts configured. To prevent the other person's tasks from cluttering the view, folders can be set up as the home view, where one can nicely first select whether the task is shared or private.
So far so good (not optimal but will do).
The problem is that when one enters the shared folder and presses new task, thef folder is selected ok, but the account might be wrong (it's apparently the account created first). This is wrong because there is no folder…

when I change the priority on a task & save. It reverts back to old value.
When I change the priority on a task & save it. A few minutes later it changes back to the old priority value. How can I stop this from happening?
2 votesHere are a few things to check:
Check to make sure you are pressing the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen after editing a task. If you press your phone’s back button, it will not save automatically (instead it will ask you if you want to save). Likewise, if you exit the app while editing a task, changes will not be saved.
If you make a conflicting change at Toodledo in between synchronizations, this can cause this issue (due to the sync conflict).

Widget title unreadable using dark theme
The widget title color should change when using the dark theme as it is almost unreadable.
1 voteWe are not currently able to reproduce this problem on devices in our office. When the dark theme is chosen for the widget, you should see blue text for the widget’s title on a black background. Do you see something else? Also, what device do you have, and which version of Android are you using?
If you haven’t already done so, you can adjust the theme for the widget by tapping on the settings button at the top of the widget and going to the widget’s display options. If the dark theme doesn’t work on your device, perhaps the light theme will.

For everyone GMT-7 and further West, Sync (Export) to Pure Calendar no longer worked since Day-Light Savings (due date shifts by 1-day)
It started on or about March 11. The ToDo's displayed by Pure Widget from Ultimate Todo List show-up one day early, but ONLY if the phone time zone is GMT-7, GMT-8, etc. (after daylight savings is applied if required) The Toodledo and Ultimate ToDo List show the correct date anyway. It's got to be a bug in the way the two apps exchange data. The author of Pure Calendar is aware of that, but the problem might come from Ultimate Todo List.
11 votesHave you moved from one time zone to another since you installed Ultimate To-Do List? If so, then an uninstall and reinstall of UTL will likely clear up the problem.

Tapping anywhere outside text field entry dialog loses all text within dialog
- Tap Add a Task action button
- Type "Task Title"
- Tap the screen above "Title"
Now all of the previous task title has been lost. It is the same effect as hitting cancel. It's irritating to lose data from a stray tap, especially easy to do if you are wearing conductive gloves.
6 votesThanks for the information. We investigated and it looks like this occurs on Android 4 only. We will definitely look for a fix in an upcoming release.
