The manual sort needs to allow unscheduled tasks to be sorted independently from the scheduled tasks. I made the mistake of assuming it did.
The manual sort needs to allow unscheduled tasks to be sorted independently from the scheduled tasks. I made the mistake of assuming it did. And now everything is screwed up making the manual sort useless because I have to see the scheduled tasks together at the head of the list. It's the nscheduled tasks I need to sort manually.

Yes id like to have an underlying sort first before applying manual sort. For example I have a custom search for tasks due today or tagged #today which I'll do from a review of unscheduled tasks. Then i show these plus tasks completed today (so i can see what i have achieved) but I'd really like the completed tasks to automatically sort below uncompleted which are then manually sorted. So sort function would be 1. Completion Status 2. Manual...
