Home screen shortcut that goes to a specific view
This would be the ability to place a shortcut on one of the phone or tablet's home screens and takes the user to a specific view.

The name of the new feature request was misleading (my fault). It refers to the home screens for the phone or tablet itself, not the app's home page. I have updated the title and description to be more clear.
