Emojis are now fully supported in toodledo extend the same in Ultimate To-Do List
From the latest update as seen here -

toodledo team has done provision for emojis, request Ultimate To-Do List team to extend the same in the app.
Since as of now instead of emojis it shows question mark ? I am putting this a bug and not new feature request.
