Tasker plugin
Make UTL work as a plugin for the Tasker app. This wold make it possible to automatically create tasks based things like calendar entries, received sms, "call back" task created when phone call is received and so on. There is lots of possibilities.

Awesome that this was completed, but am curious if we can increase the utility a bit:
* Can the add-in "trigger" use wildcards in task names (as opposed to an exact title)?
* Can the add-in "trigger" use fields other than task name on completion or creation?
* Can the add-in "action" store the output of a view into a variable as a list of task names? Or use search within the action for example?I purchased the add-in, but wanted to see if modifications are in progress. Very excited to see this progress.

This would be very useful as I only turn on wifi every so often and it's that time I would like tasker to sync.

Great suggestions!
It would also be useful to be able to trigger a task sync via tasker.

I wanted to suggest some example of Tasker integration that could be implemented in UTL:
Action: Create Task
Makes it possible to create a task directly via Tasker, with as many fields available as possible.Action: Set Location
Make it possible to let tasker set the location in UTL, instead of UTL scanning for location independently from tasker(also mentioned by Sascha Fuhrmann below).Action: Open list of tasks
A possibility to launch a list of tasks from tasker. Here you can input data about the list, for example context, location.Action: Complete task
Makes it possible to automatically complete a task with a certain title from Tasker.Event: Task completed
When a task is completed, a task completed event is fired, and some variables in Tasker, like task name, task description and so on is updated in tasker. Some examples of use:
When you go to bed at night, a list of tasks you need to do before going to bed shows up automatically. (like brushing your teeths, turning of the lights, check the alarm clock for the next day)
When you get into the Car(or leave your home), a list of errands you need to do will pop up. (like shopping).
When a person calls you(or you call a person), a list of things you need to discuss with this person pops up.
When you complete certain tasks, your wife is automatically notified via SMS or mail.
Your wife can send you a task via sms that are automatically added to your todo list. Or you can easily create tasks in your list by sending yourself emails.
Your wife can complete tasks in your list by sending you an sms. (Useful when you share tasks with persons that do not use Toodledo)
When you receive an sms, an answer-task is created. This task is auto-completed when you respond. The same thing can be done for calls.
Automatically remind another person to perform a task, for example when its overdue.
When certain calenar entries, for exaple birthdays occur, corresponding tasks are created automatically. (Calendar endry -> birthday triggers creating of a "buy present" task, and so on)
Very quickly add tasks by voice control, entering only the title for the task, and so on.

Since UTL offers location based notifications it would be nice to have it as a tasker plugin.
Tasker scans for my current location anyway, so this information could be used by UTL as well to avoid high battery drain :) -

Oh yes, this would be very sweet!
