Ability to have a reminder with startdate. Startdates and time er more usefull. Most people need reminding when they must to perform a task and not when it is too late to perform the task.

I never use due dates on my system: start dates are useful because I don't want tasks displayed which I can't perform, but most items are due "yesterday" so I get them done as fast as possible.

But often I need reminding at a particular time to continue work on a task, and I'd like to use Ultimate To-Do instead of Calendar to remind me. So please can we have reminders without due dates!

For instance: I use gTasks to create a task in one of 8 lists I keep (a mix of projects or contexts), I add reminders only if I need them

A reminder for a task should be not be tied to the due date that is the "final" date to do some task. You may want to have a reminder for a task that not necessarly has a due date. Thanks
