sync across devices is not working 100%. The amount if tasks is not the same between my 2 devices. Also if I star a task on one device this will not propagate to my other device.

When using multiple devices, it is important to understand that synchronization will take longer than it will with a single device. A new or edited task on your first device will first need to upload to your Toodledo or Google account, and then it will need to download to your second device. The whole process can take as long as 2 hours, depending on your sync setup. The star field will synchronize with both devices as long as the star field is enabled in the app’s settings.
Also, differences in the filter settings between your two devices will affect how many tasks display. You can check the filter settings from any task list by tapping on the filter button at the bottom of the screen.
Try the following test, and, if it fails, we can investigate further. If a problem is found with the app, we will accept this as a bug.
1. On your first device, create a new task named “test task” or something similar. Star the task.
2. On your first device, run a manual sync.
3. Log into your Toodledo or Google account and verify that the new task appears.
4. On your second device, run a manual sync.
5. Check to see if the task named “test task” appears on your second device and is starred. If it does not appear, use the app’s search function to search for it by name. If the task does not appear where you expect it to, but you can find it by searching by name, this means you may need to adjust your filter settings in the app.
If any of these steps fail, let us know the exact error message you see (if any). Also, the app has the ability to send us a log file containing detailed information to help troubleshoot the problem. To send the file, go to the “help” area, then tap on “upload usage information” and follow the on-screen instructions. You will receive a file number that you can send to us in a return message. We will then analyze the file and get back to you. Please send us the log for both devices.
