  1. Mass rescheduling based on availability

I find myself frequently having little tasks scheduled for the beginning of the day, evening or weekend. Later on my plans change and i am no longer available to be able to perform those tasks.

There should be an quick/efficient/intelligent way to mass reschedule these tasks (that should be marked as reschedule able) to the following available slot (let's say, the following day).

One idea (just brainstorming here) is to have a calendar view with availability periods that would automatically reschedule tasks.

I don't know if you (or somebody else) already handles this problem with existing functionality...

  6. Synchronize with OrganiTask

OrganiTask is a web application that helps you manage your tasks.
As Ultimate To Do already syncs with Toodledo, I think it wouldn't require too much work to sync with OrganiTask.
OrganiTask provides a REST API which seems really easy to use.

  7. Bugs with Priority:<None>

I ran into these bugs and ended up with a lot of confusion and spent about 1 hour trying to figure out what happened, as my tasks did not appear where they should have been when I was using two devices to sync back and forth (through the built-in ToodleDo sync). One device is a Nexus 4 with UTL 2.0.3, the other is a Nexus 7 (2013) with UTL 1.8.2.

I ran into the bug when I, being completely unaware at the time that <None> is not valid for ToodleDo, changed the priority of some ~30 tasks by:
    - Hit…

  10. Snoozed Reminders don't wait the specified snooze time.

We have 2 copies of UTDL v.2.0.3. One on a Droid Razr Maxx, Android v4.1.2. The other on Droid Mini, Android v4.4. Both have the same intermittent issue with Reminders being snoozed, usually for hours & the reminder popping back up again within minutes. Have not been able to correlate whether or not the snoozed hours end up being snoozed minutes or snoozed minutes end up being seconds. There doesn't seem to be any relation between snoozed time chosen to then the reminder pops up again.

The problem isn't consistent enough to identify a correlation.

    This just began being an…

We are currently unable to reproduce this issue on any of the devices in our office, but will run some additional testing before our next release. Any additional information you can provide would assist with testing. For example:

    - Whether nagging reminders were enabled for the task.
    - If you recently moved from one time zone to another.
    - The exact snooze time selected.
    - The number of minutes until the reminder actually appeared.

  11. Enter location as latitude and longitude.

Many of the events that I schedule do not have a street address, and some of Google Maps guesses are off by thousands of kilometres ( street in Perth for a forest south of Sydney). Dropping a pin is often difficult as the map scale varies. It would be useful to enter the location as latitude and longitude.

  12. Add in widget information about days left to the due date.

Would be nice if on a widget screen, for example on the right side, I could see the information about how much time, or how many days left to certain event.

  18. Add option to automatically synchronize at startup of device and on being connected to a network

Apparently it is impossible to set a sync interval shorter than 60 minutes. Upon entering such value and exiting the settings screen, a Toast pops up that tells it is disallowed by ToodleDo and Google (I wonder why, I can start manual synching any time).

Anyway, it would be great if automatic synchronization would take place after the phone/tablet was started and/or the device has connected to a network.

I use this app on a Wifi tablet which is offline 95% of the time, so the only way to have my tasks synched is tapping the sync button manually.
