This is partially implemented in version 3. In the widget settings area, you can copy the filter and sort options from another view in the app. If a change is made to the other view, it is necessary to perform another copy in the widget settings.

It would be useful to have reminder by default in the task template (value computed from an offset based on due date) -

An error occurred while saving the comment Didier Vojtisek commentedactually this seems related to https://utl.uservoice.com/forums/149475-new-feature-suggestions-and-bug-reports/suggestions/2768084-widget-title-unreadable-using-dark-theme
the behavior isn't homogeneous between light and dark themes.
light theme has a background and dark theme is fully transparent. Adjusting the transparency of the widget (all themes) would be the best solution :-)Didier Vojtisek supported this idea · -

We are not currently able to reproduce this problem on devices in our office. When the dark theme is chosen for the widget, you should see blue text for the widget’s title on a black background. Do you see something else? Also, what device do you have, and which version of Android are you using?
If you haven’t already done so, you can adjust the theme for the widget by tapping on the settings button at the top of the widget and going to the widget’s display options. If the dark theme doesn’t work on your device, perhaps the light theme will.

suggestion: add a black or transparent dark rectangle as a background of the dark theme.
Note: the light theme does work because this theme use a white rectangle as a background. simply do the same for dark themes ;-)
With a button allowing to switch between views on the widget this would make it very handy to use when changing context (from home to work for example)
