    Four or even five levels would be really useful - I currently sort my 'must do today' list by priority, context then folder, but this leaves tasks with specific times in the same folder (or in a context with no folder) in a random order, and I want to add time order

    I just saw that Microsoft are developing the ability for Android and iOS app developers to port 'easily' to Windows rather than rewriting them.
    Unfortunately, in the case of Android, this may only lead to a Windows Phone/Tablet app, rather than a Windows Universal app, that runs on all devices, but hopefully it's of some help:
