Ability to send a note or to do item to the clipboard, email or to another things to do or note app.
Have the ability to send a note or things to do item to the clip board, send as an attachment, email it or send it to another note pad or to do list on your device. Color Note and other things to do list and note pads have this option. I can also send it to a portable device.

add the ablity to see repeating or reoccuring tasks past the most current due date/ time.
I just want some tasks that I entered to be visable past the current date/week/ month without having to complete the current task. This is especially important to me since I can then see on what days tasks like bill due dates fall on in relation to my weekly settlements or time-off dates.

Add hyperlinks to Notes (similar to hyperlinks in to-do notes)
Add clickable hyperlinks (phone numbers, URLs) to Notes, same as what has been recently added to notes in the To-Do part of the app
5 votesThis is currently implemented, but could be more intuitive. To view the links, press the menu button and choose the option to show links.

Ability to edit the status field
I can customize folders, context, goals and tags - why not the status entries (for example to create an GTD "Inbox" like posted in another feature suggestion)?

Add a "quick note" button for typing a quick note
Either have the quick note create a new note in a certain folder or link to a certain note for ongoing notes. Option to add date & time stamp at the beginning of the note would be a dream come true

In a To-Do and a link to a note(s) from the Notes part of the app
This is useful for additional notes to a To-Do such as meeting or project notes or a note with various contact details relevant to that To-Do

Performance Analysis Tools
I have read the HELP topic on performance but I find the information a bit vague. I understand different phones and tablets and different versions of Android can make a difference.
One possibility would be to have some sort of Ultimate To-List performance index. Perhaps the developers could have a comparison for several different generation devices so one could get a rough idea of where one might begin hit performance bottlenecks depending on the approximate performance specs of your device.
Potentially one could have a performance test that one downloads and runs on your machine to evaluate its capability.

Option to edit a Note and see list of To-Dos at the same time ie additional split windows
It would be great if you can type a meeting note in the Notes part of the app and still see and navigate To-Do's. This would be useful in a meeting where you can type notes into a Note whilst reviewing ToDo's with a client.

Provide a button to insert current date for note field
When editing a note field, it would be great to have a button on the keyboard to insert the current date in the text, similar to DGT GTD.

Implement Gestures
Implement gestures in ultimate todo list.
E.g. drawing an "h" will open the Hotlist of drawing a "V" brings me to myView. Or when the task editor is opened drawing a "t" will set due date to today.

Hide Notification Bar
Give Ultimate Todo List the option to hide Notification Bar to get more space for the tasks. This is good for small smartphones and also a big deal in landscape mode.
Good would be a seperate option for landscape and portrait mode.

Countdown timer
Consult a psychologist that specializes in mental disorders that encourage people with certain kind of Attention Deficit Disorder and/or Aspergers Syndrome to time their tasks and beat those times with the aid of a countdown feature on a timer. This feature would increase amount of the ultimate do do list product sold on the market.

Allow users to rename some fields, i.e., Goal, Context, Tags.
This would allow users to better define the field if they are using it for data other than as defined by the label.

Option to automatically add creation date and time to task note field
ToodleDo does not provide a 'Create date/time' field for the task, this info can only be manually written in the note field. Writing the creation date/time as the first line of the note as an automatic (and configurable) feature would be great!

Tapping anywhere outside text field entry dialog loses all text within dialog
- Tap Add a Task action button
- Type "Task Title"
- Tap the screen above "Title"
Now all of the previous task title has been lost. It is the same effect as hitting cancel. It's irritating to lose data from a stray tap, especially easy to do if you are wearing conductive gloves.
6 votesThanks for the information. We investigated and it looks like this occurs on Android 4 only. We will definitely look for a fix in an upcoming release.
