Here is what the statuses mean:

  • Under Review: This has been accepted. The release date is unknown.
  • Planned: This has been planned for an upcoming release – either the next release or very soon after.
  • Started: This is being actively worked on by our staff and will appear in the next major release.
  • Completed: The item has been fully implemented and appears in the latest release.
  • Declined: The item was not accepted. Check the comments area for the reason.

  2. Extra line for the title when viewing task lists

    This would prevent the title from being cut-off in the list of tasks.

  3. New task default for reminder date and time fields

    Consider allowing the user to choose a value that is relative to the due date (for example, 1 day before).
    This would include both the reminder date (relative to due date), and reminder time.

  4. Color-coding for folders and contexts in the list view

    Perhaps with the ability for users to define their own colors.

  5. Ability to e-mail a task

    Ideally, this could be combined with the mult-select feature to e-mail multiple tasks.
    Also, provide an option to e-mail the task in Toodledo's format. This would allow someone to assign a task to someone else simply through e-mail.

  7. Global settings for filter, sort, and display

    These global settings could be overwrittne by each view.

    We could have filter, sort, and display options for each home page level (folders, contexts, etc). These could be applied to all views within and then overwritten as desired.

  8. Filter for tasks that do NOT containing a specific item

    This would provide the ability to select a tag, folder, context, goal, or location and include all tasks that do not contain it.

  9. Support for Task Templates

    Make sure to include many options for template start and due dates, such as "today", "tomorrow", in 6 days, in 1 week, in 2 months, etc.
